Delta Leadership

• Chair, Action Planning (2022–Present) Led the chapter in aligning all programs with the National Strategic Priorities, ensuring mission-driven planning, execution and evaluation.

• President (2018–2022) Led the chapter through in-person and virtual operations with stability and innovation. Achieved multiple Regional and National awards, including Chapter of the Year twice. Strengthened chapter operations, strategic planning, and community impact.

• Co-Chair, California Statewide Founders Day (2020) Served as the primary logistics and program lead for a statewide celebration hosting over 1,200 sorors.

• Chair, Emergency Response Team (2017–2018) Oversaw chapter readiness by coordinating emergency procedures, communication protocols, and member safety plans.

• Chair, Nominating Committee (2016–2018) Built a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and preparing qualified candidates. Ensured a fair, transparent nominations process aligned with governing documents.

• Financial Secretary- Managed dues and income with accuracy and transparency. Supported fiscal compliance through diligent tracking and reporting.

• Treasurer - Oversaw deposits, disbursements, and reporting in full compliance with Fiscal Management Guidelines. 

• 2nd Vice President - Collegiate Advisor, Eta Omega Chapter (1990–1995) Mentored collegiate leaders in chapter operations, program planning, and compliance.

• 1st Vice President (1989–1990) Assisted the chapter president with executive functions and program oversight. 

• Co-Chair, EMBODI (2011) Organized the program’s first large-scale workshop, resulting in participation from 75 young men. Secured collaboration with the Santa Clara County Office of Education to provide academic, social, and community resources supporting the program’s mission.

• Co-Chair, Images (GEMS) (1994–2007) Co-led a long-term mentorship program for young girls, originally launched through a Carl Perkins Grant focused on breaking barriers to academic and personal success.

• Parliamentarian - Provided guidance to members on motions, debate, and voting processes to maintain order, fairness, and efficiency in conducting chapter business.
